How can I use Scribowriter for free?

All tools in Scribowriter are available to use for free within the limits of your free plan. Simply sign up and start using the features provided under the free plan’s constraints.

Do you offer an API?

No, we do not offer an API at this time.

Do you have a Chrome extension?

We are currently working on a Chrome extension, which is in the pipeline. Stay tuned for updates!

How many languages does Scribowriter support?

Scribowriter supports 13 languages, including English and French, among others.

Billing
What is your refund policy?

Once you have subscribed to the premium plan, we cannot issue refunds. This policy helps prevent potential misuse and abuse of our services. All subscriptions are non-refundable, and Scribowriter will not prorate any fees if a subscription is terminated before the end of its term.

Can I try your features for free?

Yes, we offer the ability to try all our features and use our product for free based on the limit on the free plan. This allows you to experience our services before deciding to subscribe to a premium plan.

Will you prorate fees if I cancel my subscription early?

No, Scribowriter does not prorate fees for subscriptions terminated before the end of their term. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

How can I update my payment information?

Why am I unable to create a new account?

If you are facing issues creating a new account, it might be due to our policy against multiple accounts per user. Creating more than one account is against our terms of use. Additionally, suspicious activities from your account or IP address, such as automated behavior or violations of our Fair Usage Policy, may lead to restrictions or bans.

Who owns the content generated using Scribowriter?

Scribowriter does not claim copyright over the content generated for you or your end users. You have the right to use the content in any way you wish. However, you are responsible for verifying its authenticity and accuracy before publishing or using it.

What should I consider before publishing generated content?

Before publishing any content generated through Scribowriter, ensure its authenticity and accuracy. While you have ownership of the content, it is your responsibility to verify that it meets your standards and is free from any potential issues.

What about images Searched using Scribowriter?

The images searched through Scribowriter are owned by Pexels and are subject to Pexels’ content policy. Scribowriter does not claim copyright over these images.

Who owns the copyright of images generated by Scribowriter?

Scribowriter does not hold or claim the copyright for images generated through the platform. The copyright and usage rights of these images are governed by Open AI policies and terms.

Why is there a limit on input characters?

The input character limit is set by OpenAI, our language AI API provider, and is part of their guidelines. Our tool is designed to leverage the capabilities of GPT Models and is not intended for open-ended or spintax-style rewriting of full-length articles. This limit ensures that the technology is used responsibly and ethically, aligning with best practices for advanced language AI.

Are there any plans to increase the number of use cases or features?

Yes, we are continuously working to expand our range of use cases and features. ScriboWriter currently supports over 130+ use cases, with more exciting features in development. Fair Usage Policy
What are the usage limits for my account?

Although the premium plan allows for unlimited character generation each month, there are certain usage limits enforced to ensure the service remains safe and reliable. These limits are set by our partner OpenAI and vary based on your use case. Typically, generation limits are defined in terms of characters per minute or per hour, and may range from 3 to 10 characters per minute, depending on the activity. There is no fixed limit, and the exact number may vary.

How do these limits affect my usage?

Limits are in place to prevent automated or robotic behavior and to safeguard against misuse and abuse. If the system detects abnormal or heavy usage patterns in a short time span, it may automatically adjust some parameters, which could temporarily affect the quality of the output. Generally, these adjustments are resolved at the start of the next monthly cycle.

What happens if I generate content too quickly?

Generating content at a very high speed can impact the quality of the output. This is likely due to controls set by our language AI provider. If you notice a decline in output quality, this is often a result of fast generation rates. This issue usually resolves itself by the next renewal cycle.

How the Affiliate Program Works
How do I get started with the Affiliate Program?

After signing up as an affiliate(send email to support@scribowriter.com), you will receive a unique trackable link to share with your audience. This link allows you to refer users to purchase the product. Any user who signs up through your link will be tracked as your referral for 120 days, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

What commissions can I earn?

Monthly Plan: Earn a 30% commission on every monthly plan purchased through your affiliate link. Annual Plan: Earn a 25% commission on every annual plan purchased through your affiliate link.

How do I earn commissions?

Commissions are earned when someone uses your referral link to purchase a paid plan. No commissions are earned for sign-ups of the free plan.

Monthly Plan: You will receive a commission for the first month of the monthly plan. Annual Plan: You will receive a commission for the first year of the annual plan.

What is the duration of commission eligibility?
Are there limits to how much I can earn?

There is no limit on the number of customers you can refer. Top affiliates can earn tens of thousands of dollars annually based on their performance.

When will I receive my payments?

Locking Period: Transactions lock 27 days after they are tracked. Payment Schedule: Payments are made 15 days after the month in which transactions are locked.

How are payments processed?

Payments are made via the Impact account you used to sign up for the affiliate program.

How can I track my referrals and commissions?

Tracking and transparency are managed by Scribowriter.com. You will have full visibility of your transactions through your Impact dashboard.
